Hi this is Sue once again and I have just been thinking about what has happened regarding our new business. When things aren’t going the way they should, you have to stop, take stock and move forward with an alternative plan. This is what has happened to us. We are trying to source some supplies from overseas but we haven’t found the right supplier yet. It has been a few months now. It is not easy sometimes to carry on, but the best thing you can do, is smile and keep moving forward. Don’t show that look of disappointment but rather show a look of happiness, looking forward to what the future will bring.
It is like the story of the gold miner who stopped 3 feet away from the gold. He gave up, sold his equipment and left the gold field a broken man. The fellow who bought the equipment was eager to try it out – so he started it up and began digging. It was not too long before he hit one of the riches seams of gold. It is the same here with any venture you are involved with.
What is the difference between the winner and the loser? Quitters never win while the winners will never quit. A winner has a dogged determination and will never accept failure. Imagine yourself in the winners circle. Nothing and no one is going to stop you. Don’t be discouraged by those people who ask how much money have you made and when are you going to get your first million? Just give them a smile!
If you have been a person, who all your life, thought that you did not have a chance – change your thinking immediately and know that you do have a chance. I will not tell you that a lot of things in life are easy. If you are a marketer you will know this. You can succeed at anything you want to do against all the odds. I remember listening to a talk from Sir Edmund Hilliary – the first man, along with his Nepalese Sherpa, Tensing Norgay, who were credited with being the first men to climb Mount Everest. He really did not know how he was going to reach the summit but he believed it possible.
Believing that something is possible should always be your thought pattern. Avoid the knockers and the skeptics. Have your goals and plans and follow them but if like us you have to change some plans, do it. Remember the saying “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”.

You Aussies kill me with your dates.
I looked at this one and thought 12-6-10…it’s still a long way until December 6th. Then I looked at another post and saw the date 27-5-10…oh yeah, they put the month and day backward.
Don’t you know you’re all supposed to do everything like we do it in the states…LOL.
Is it okay to call you an Aussie? I don’t know. I’m still trying to remember not to call Asians Oriental. I mean, Indians are Asian aren’t they…but they’re not Oriental
Grief.
